When I start TurboTax for this year, it shows last year info, that isn't correct for kids, I edit it on correct, but TurboTax don't calc CTC due to "incorrect SSN/ITIN".

May I claim the child tax credit for a child who has an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) rather than a social security number (SSN)?

No, You may not claim the child tax credit for a child with an ITIN. The child must have an SSN to be a qualifying child eligible for the child tax credit (CTC) or the additional child tax credit (ACTC).

second suggestion is absolutely right according to IRS site. Strange, I had so many talks with CPAs, IRS clerks (about lost W7, late ITINs and CTC), and nobody mentioned that rule, that https://apps.irs.gov/app/IPAR and https://apps.irs.gov/app/vita/content/globalmedia/4491_child_tax_credit.pdf explain clearly. Thank you very much for the help.
