When I signed into Fidelity Investment to import 1099 info, stated $20.00 credit on Turbo Tax, Chose Premier and it still shows $79.99 fee. When is $20.00 credit given

In order to get this discount reflected in your TurboTax account, please follow this process:

1. Log out of your TurboTax account
2. Go to the Fidelity website and login to your Fidelity account OR open any emails you may have received from Fidelity that mention the TurboTax discount
3. From within the Fidelity website or the email, click on the link for discounted TurboTax
4. This will take you to a special TurboTax website for Fidelity customers
5. Log into TurboTax from this site and the discount will be applied to your account
