Follow-up.. I reached out to support and there is a "Known Issue" open ticket for this problem. There are 13 people on it as of 7/29/2024 and it seems to apply to people who have filed extensions only.
If you have this issue also, reach out to support and have them attach you to the ticket and you will receive an email when it is resolved.
