When i hit continue on easy extension in app it won't move forward.

Please try the following steps

1. Log out of Turbo Tax.
2. Clear your cache and cookies
3. Delete Cache & Cookies
4. Close Turbo Tax
5. Shut down the computer
6. Re-start your computer
7. Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
   • You can also try a different browser as well,
