When I go to file my return the final check asks for my address and city to be entered on my state form. I can't add?

I had exact same problem.  You have to go back to profile section, you will see your address is blank in the summary.  But, when you edit, it is in the required fields in the form.

So, I deleted the address, then exited to summary, then went back in and edited, and put my address back in.  It worked, you know it will work when you see your address in the summary section show up.
