When I get to the payment tabs form, I get the blue “loading” circle. This happens on my phone, and my laptop in explorer and chrome. What’s going on? No ext filed

This seems to be a systemic  issue this am ... if clearing your cookies or using a different browser doesn't fix it then try again later in the day.
