When I filed my widowed sisters taxes I accidently used her maiden name on the Tax form. Her social, W2 and everything else is correct, will this cause any issues?

Expect the return to be rejected if the last name on the SS card doesn't match the one used on the return. Simply make the correction and resubmit the return.
