When I enter my account details for Form 8938, it does not get saved into the system.

I am attempting to add my foreign accounts held.

It depends. To clarify, are you filing single, married and what is the amount of your foreign assets you are reporting? One  reason why Turbo Tax isn't saving it is that you might not have a filing requirement for a 8938.
