When i did my taxes i filled out a non-obligated spouse form or injured spouse form and i can't find it when i printed it out. I need to make sure i did

The injured spouse allocation is Form 8379. 

If it was prepared with your return, it should print out with it, as it is a form that is sent to the IRS with your return.
