It says there is a speedbump. I spoke to support staff and they told me I need to upgrade to live to get help with this! There is a bug on the website and I need to pay for it lol.

Do you get this error message if you try from a different browser?
Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't clear the error, please comment back so that we can further assist.
