When I am trying to Delete Form 'Form 8915F4-S' under Tax Tools -> Tools, it is not working. How to mitigate this software issue?

To delete a form in TurboTax Online follow the instructions below:

1. Open TurboTax and your return
2. Select Tax Tools from the menu on the left side
3. Select Tools
4. In the pop-up window select Delete a form
5. Find the form, schedule or worksheet in the list and Select Delete.

Thanks, I have tried this multiple times now and even after deleting and confirming, it never deletes it actually. Try it out.

From your screenshot you are trying to delete 8889-S. This form would automatically be recreated after deleting because of other things in your return.

Your original message said you were trying to delete form 8915. Are you selecting the right form to delete?
