When filing married jointly, do I put my spouses W2 under my income?

No.  When filing jointly you add your spouse's W-2 under their name not yours.  In the W-2 Summary screen click on the button to Add a W-2 for your spouse (Name of spouse).

But their income goes in the same place and way as yours.  A Joint return is one return combined for the both of you.
