When entering estimated tax payments in a joint tax return, do i enter both my wife and my tax payments combined?

Yes.  You enter the total of the payments made if they were made on the same date.

Yes.  You each sent in estimated payments?  You can add them together or enter each one in the right dates.  You can enter more than four.   

Go to Deductions & Credits->Estimates and Other Taxes Paid->Estimates->Federal Estimated Tax Payments for 2023 (form 1040ES), and enter the payments as described by DoninGA and Volvogirl.
