No, you cannot. The IRS has not even released the forms for the 2022 tax year at this point.

The preliminary version of the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2022 will be available in mid to late November. The preliminary version of TurboTax Online for 2022 will probably be available in early December.

and we have no idea if Congress (or the states) will make any tax law changes.
