When calculating the "Total days/hours worked" for Grand Rapids City (Mi) tax: Days worked - Is that total days worked including or excluding PTO and Holidays?

In the interview questions for the Grand Rapids City Return, you should enter the total number of work days that you were employed by the employer (260 if employed all year by that employer) in the top box.  Next enter your vacation/holiday/sick days in the middle box.  Finally enter the total days worked actually in Grand Rapids in the third box.  

NOTE:  The number in the third box may not be a direct subtraction of box 2 from box 1 as you may have had days in which you did not work in Grand Rapids (home or alternate location for example).
