What wouldn't Turbo Tax submit my extension request that was made at 11:20pm Central Time April 15, 2019?

I have asked the same thing and Turbo Tax did not answer my question either.  I filed mine on the 15th and haven't heard anything from Turbo Tax at all about it and they didn't answer my question.  Lesson learned....don't use Turbo Tax!
