What will be the cost of a CPA review/audit for a startup firm with no operating history?

 

The company plans to raise funding via RegCF equity crowdfunding.

 

It was established a few years ago, it has 2 shareholders, but no operating history, no revenue, and no prior financial statements to disclose.

Turbo Tax is a tax service to prepare tax returns.   A business would need to use the Business program which is a Desktop program.   But There is a new Live Full Service for Business returns.  It's not part of the Business Desktop program but is a separate service.  Don't know if it will help with your needs.
