Do you mean a EIN number?  For what?  For a W2?  What are you trying to enter?

Sorry for state taxes they need en ECN or Exception certificate number and I don’t have one

For what state? Every state has different rules.


Is it asking for an Exception Certificate Number or an Exemption Certificate Number?


Is this related to health insurance or something else?
