If you know or feel that your account is vulnerable, there are a couple of options. Either way you would want to sign in to your account. Go to My Account > Account Settings. You can then go into the SECURITY tab and create a new password or pass phrase, and you can also turn on two-step verification where you would receive a text message with a verification code to access your account. Both of these options will increase you account security, especially the two step verification.
