What should I put for my employer's EIN if they do not have one since I work and live in Italy?

I do not have a W2 as the company I work for is a foreign company that does not provide W2s.

If you did not get a W-2, do not enter a W-2. You can't make up a W-2 that you didn't actually get from an employer. Enter the income as foreign earned income. You will not need an EIN. To enter foreign earned income in TurboTax, in the Search box type "foreign income" (without the quotes), then click the link that says "Jump to foreign income." When TurboTax asks what form the foreign income was reported on, select "A statement from my foreign employer (could be cash)."
