What should I do if I haven't received my 2021 tax refund even though it says it was accepted and refunded?

The IRS still has a significant backlog of returns to process.

If the IRS says the refund was released then did you have the TT fees withheld from your federal refund ?   https://www.irs.gov/refunds

 

If so that refund is sent to the processing bank ... check with them.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
