What should i do ? I forgot to report a form 1099-misc income with $14000 dated 12/16/2016. Payment received 01/10/2017.

Have my own business .

It sounds like your 1099-MISC is for tax year 2016. If this is true and 2016 is printed on the upper right hand box of the form, you should report this on TY 2016, even though you did not receive until 2017. The IRS will match up income from these forms against your return. Not reporting will cause a discrepancy, and potentially a notice.
