What should I do? I can't file, I am receiving this message: " Qualified tuition program distributions- Taxpayer - You can't file just yet due to a recent law passed..."

Wait.  There were recent tax law changes that TurboTax needs to be updated for.  You have education credits that could likely be increased due to this change.  The IRS is not accepting returns yet anyway, so there is no rush to file at this point.

Does anyone know when this will be resolved so I can file my taxes?

Unfortunately, from time to time Federal and State FORMs have to be revised and approved.  This is a dynamic process and we aggressively pursue it.  At this point the target date for almost all forms is 02/12/2020.

Included are LINKs both for the Federal and State FORM status
