Local taxes that have been withheld from your paychecks by your employer will be entered along with your other W-2 information. They can be found on lines 18, 19 and 20.
If you paid local estimated taxes that you need to enter into TurboTax, you can do so by navigating to the following location:
1.) Federal
2.) Deductions and Credits
3.) Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
4.) Estimated Tax Payments
