If you paid people via a 1099-MISC, these amounts are listed as ''contract labor'' expenses in TurboTax.  The amounts are deducted from your self-employment income on Schedule C.  You can enter Contract Labor Expense under business or self-employment expenses.  The title depends on what version of TurboTax you are using.

In the desktop, expenses can be entered under Business Income and Expenses.

In the Online version, these expenses are entered under Self-employment income and expenses.

In either version, you can type   sch c    into the search bar, hit enter, and use the Jump to sch c link to get to your business entry screens.  Select Edit next to your business and then go to the Expenses area and look for Contract Labor in the list of expenses.  You may need to click on Add Expenses for this work if using the Online version.
