WHAT LINE IS TAX BEFORE CREDITS ON in the 2017 1040a? What line is Tax AFTER credits on in the 2017 1020a?

WHAT LINE IS TAX BEFORE CREDITS ON in the 2017 1040a? What line is Tax AFTER credits on in the 2017 1020a?  I am working on REPORT 2017 INFORMATION in TurboTax 2018 and every line it tells be to find information on is wrong.  What are the correct lines??

On the 1040A for 2017:

Tax before credits...line 28

Tax after credits also called total tax...line 36
