What kind of tax forms do I need to buy a house .? They said I need the last 2 years .

Correct ... they need a complete copy of the filed return without all the worksheets that say save for your records.  The mortgage officer should be able to help you  understand what you need to get.

The bank is asking for copies of your tax returns.

generally, the Form 1040 by itself (both sides) should be sufficient.

I would include all forms.  If the taxpayer is self-employed, the bank will certainly want to see the schedule C.

 

Ultimately, let the bank tell you exactly what they want.  Not all banks will be the same.

 

And lastly, the bank probably wants a signed tax return.  They don't want proof of your electronic signature, they want you to print a fresh copy of your tax return and sign it in ink before you give it to them.
