What is the problem with at least Turbo Tax Premier requiring me to enter my product code every time I log on the desktop version locking me out after the the 5th time?

I disabled my firewall, antivirus, and malware protection with the agent and had to install the Intuit Glance software that I have since removed. I had already followed their troubleshooting on their Web site for this issue, but nothing works. I was given 5 new codes and will be going through those soon. I found a 'Trojan.CobaltStrike' virus in my computer after my session with their agent that I have to delete every day, and suspect it may be attributed to leaving my firewall
