What is the fax number to send form 9465?

I tried to set up a payment plan with IRS online but couldn't do it. For over a month they have technical issues. Does anyone know the fax number of IRS where can send them form 9465? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the IRS no longer has a published FAX number for Form 9465 submissions. 

Your only option is to send your Installment Agreement Request to the relevant address shown under "Where To File" in the Instructions for Form 9465.
