Wen I am trying to file my state taxes I get this error. I tried to trouble shoot and have cleared my cookies, switched browsers and started over. I still get this error after first receiving a "succuss" message across my screen. Did it go through since I saw a "success" or not because of the error after. What does the error mean?
Does the error say anything else? Is it the same as what is referenced in this FAQ: Why am I getting a transmission error when trying to e-file my return?
That is the entire message. It doesn't give any error code like in the link you shared. That's part of what I'm confused about.
Did you Efile your Federal and State Returns together? You should get Emails from TurboTax saying that your Return was Transmitted (separate emails for Federal and State), then more emails when your returns have been Accepted (again, separate emails for Federal/State).
You'll also see your Efile status on the Tax Home screen of your account.
