What is the email address for customer support. I live in Germany and dont have a US credit card

The payment of any TurboTax account fees or to purchase TurboTax software must be paid by a credit/debit card and have a US billing address.

The debit-credit card you use must meet three requirements with no exceptions.

1) Must be issued by a U.S. banking facility

2) Must have a U.S. mailing address

3) Must have a U.S. phone number tied to it.

If your card does not meet those requirements, hope is not lost. You can visit the local U.S. Embassy or consulate office. All embassies and most consulate offices will have a U.S. banking facility in them. There you purhcase a pre-paid VISA card for the amount needed. When you get home register that card on the Internet with any valid U.S. address and U.S. telephone number. Then give it a few hours (about four) for the registration to propagate across the internet to where ever it needs to be. Then you can use that pre-paid card to pay your TurboTax Fees.

If you are U.S. military then the credit union on base can sell you a prepaid card.
