What is the difference in order status payment pending and order status payment complete mean?

I am trying to figure out the same question. Mine changed to complete for my fees beinf taken out which should be taken out of my refund 

Unfortunately it doesn't mean anything cause I finally got into my Account Transcripts today just to find out that there is no return on file for wages and income and my transcripts say N/A for 2020. I filed on 2/12 and was accepted same day. Been on one bar on WMR since 2/13
