What is the difference between "Home and Business" and "Business" when filing for Ohio LLC?

We have always used "Business" in the past to file business taxes because we are an LLC and the package states "Business" "Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's, Estates and Trusts" Has the software changed significatly enough to use Home and Business" for an LLC now with our federal tax id number?

The "Home and Business" package if for individuals, and "Business" packages is for business entities like corporations, and partnerships.

No, sorry.  You need TurboTax Business for corporate returns.  The exception is when the IRS does not recognize the LLC as a corporation (it is one person or a married couple.)  Then you can report it with Home&Business on your personal return.

Do you have to file a state corporate return but not a federal one?  If so you would still have to use TurboTax Business.  Otherwise you might want to check out the state website and see if they have a blank form for your return.  It might not be so complicated.
