My mistake. The question from February 2018 till Dec 2018 coverage. Born on Feb 2018. I saw same question on turbo tax and it is saying that you can not select all year coverage. Can you please let me know, which one is correct? Whole Year or From Feb to Dec 2018?

The child is considered covered all year if born in 2018 and covered since birth.  If you get an error, you can change it but I do not believe that will be necessary.
