Did you choose the option to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, that is likely the intermediary company that handles our refund processing service. Does it also say SBTPG? The company is Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. This company receives your refund from the IRS, deducts the TurboTax fees, then sends the remainder to your bank account.
