What is going on at Intuit with the "&&" fix and e-mail typos.

I'm really getting frustrated that the only thing preventing me from e-filing and getting my refund is this "&" issue.... and what's up with these e-mail updates from Intuit?? This is a copy and paste from the latest one. Not very professional with the errors.  Were instead of We're...  well instead of will?

Dear TurboTax customer,
Thank you for being patient while we investigate your issue.
We’re still working on a solution and we’ll send you an email once a fix is in place.
Thank you for being a TurboTax customer.

Sincerely,
TurboTax

In the meantime try using “and” or just a space in place of &.

Why are people recommending doing a band aid instead of Intuit actually fixing the issue?  My W-2 officially says AT&T... it has for over 10 years and that is what's transmitted to IRS and the state.  I've read it will cause fall out for error.  Would you want that to happen to your return?

The IRS is not going to reject your tax return because the employer name is ATT and not AT&T.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for the ampersand problem - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/download-products/help/turbotax-cd-download-w-2-box-c-not-showing-ampersand-correctly/00/2413280

I saw that article and it only says issue has been identified... nothing about solution or when fix will be in place... unless I'm missing it.
