That was the letter they sent out after you got the first Stimulus payment.  Did you get the first one?  It was 1,200 for single and 2,400 for Joint.  You don't need the letter to file your return.  You just need to enter the amounts you actually received.

Thank You for replying so quickly. Yes, I did get the first Stimulus payment but I don't recall getting a letter?  I just wanted to make sure I was not missing something. Thanks again for you help.

@JIM9916

Line 16 of the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet reflects the amount of the first round of economic impact payments (EIP 1) you received, sent out beginning in April 2020.

Line 19 of the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet reflects the amount of the second round of economic impact payments (EIP 2) you received, sent out beginning in late December 2020.

Line 16 is the first EIP payment you received.  Looks like you should have the 3,400 on that line.

See IRS 1040 Instructions for line 30 and the Recovery rebate credit worksheet starting on page 56

Please visit the IRS Help article below for information regarding Form 1444/1444-B. If you are eligible for the recovery rebate, you'll use the information provided in the letter to determine the amount to include on the Recovery Rebate Worksheet. This will not hold up your return that is already being processed.
