What internet browsers are compatible with TurboTax? Edge?

I cannot get past the first page of ER details on my return any ideas?  maybe Internet explorer?

Hello, we usually advise switching browsers if you encounter issues like this. Before doing so we suggest clearing cache and cookies. Let us know if your issues continue.

Ive used both Edge and IE11 for Online TurboTax without any access issues.

As TurboTaxFreddyL said, if your browser doesn't want to cooperate, try clearing Cache and Cookies, or switching to another browser. Here is how to Clear Cache and Cookies on Edge:

1. Select the ... icon in the top right corner of the browser window to get to the settings menu.

  • NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete. By using this shortcut you may skip down to step 3.
2. In the settings menu, towards the bottom, click on Choose what to clear.
  • 3. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files. After the two are marked click on clear.
