As TurboTaxFreddyL said, if your browser doesn't want to cooperate, try clearing Cache and Cookies, or switching to another browser. Here is how to Clear Cache and Cookies on Edge:
1. Select the ... icon in the top right corner of the browser window to get to the settings menu.
