What if my depents have two middle names

The middle names are not used on the tax return. Just enter the first initial of the first middle name.

Nowadays, there are many taxpayers who use two middle names, including my spouse. It would seem like such a simple matter to change the software to allow for two initials (or even three) .

Not necessary information so why spend millions to do that.  Just enter one or none.
