What if i don't have my most recent new york state drivers license document number? i recently lost my license but i have a picture of my expired license.

Is there an option to bypass this if you do not have access to your driver's license? It might delay your refund though. This link has some details on the requirement.

It says "NY accepts information from your most recent driver license or non-driver ID. The ID can be active or expired. If your ID is expiring, NY will not reject the return." But if you have a more recent ID, I'm not sure if an expired ID will work.
