What if I am employed and self employed?

I am an independent contractor for Uber but I am also employed by 2 other businesses. Will I have to pay SE taxes on all of my income or only the income I have earned with Uber? I have made less than $400, so do I even have to report this income?

Yes, you report the income even if it is under $400.  However, if your profit is under $400, it will only be subject to income taxes, but not Self Employment tax.

You only pay SE taxes on the SE profits on the Sch C ... you have already paid FICA taxes on your wages.
