What if I am a resident alien who just transferred here last year, can I file all the expenses my family paid for the transfer (airfare, visa fee, greencard, etc)?

Unfortunately the costs you incurred to relocate to the U.S. are not deductible on a U.S. tax return, yours or a family member's return.

These are considered personal expenses and personal expenses are not deductible.
