What forms do you need to mail when in 1040?

I'm an Uber driver/retail worker.

 

I think I know I need to attach my W-2, but the IRS isn't clear about whether I need to attach my 1099-K and/or other documents to my 1040 that I'll be mailing in.

Attach W-2's and any other form that shows tax withheld.
