What fed tax forms do i need to file when I have an inheritance

Cash inheritance is not reported.  Unless you got a form for it like a 1099R or a K-1.  What did the cash come from?  If it came from a IRA or 401K or retirement account you have to report it.  Cash from bank accounts you normally don't report.
