You appear to be using "Live Deluxe", which is the upgraded version of Deluxe that includes live on-demand access to a CPA/EA tax expert during return preparation and a final review of your return prior to filing.
Live Deluxe is currently $90 for Federal and $50 for a state return.
If you chose to pay any fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers) for that payment option.
If you had all of those, that would equal $180 or $185 plus possible sales tax.
Or did you add on extra features such as MAX Benefits (Audit Defense and Identity Protection)?

If you can still get back into a your return, open the return and go to the left menu column, and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window, choose MY FEES.

If you can't open your return back up because you're finished, then scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents", expand that section, and choose Tax Year 2019. Is there a link that says "View order details?"
