What does this message mean? We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number, and CVV and try again.

I had a previous issue of my card having a foreign address so I called my bank and had it changed it to the U.S. address and still my card is being rejected.  Please help.
