What does the $29.99 buy me?

I am asking for help and the answer was to buy a 29.99 package and I want to know how that helps me?  What does that do to solve my problem?  My e-file was rejected because my 2018AGI which was on last years filed return was rejected.

maybe you just want to print the return and mail it in? 

I am attempting to see what the advantage of the e-file is if I buy that package.  I don't understand how it will be accepted by mailing if it has been rejected by e-file.
