What does it mean when TT post e-file confirmation e-mail SUBJECT says rejected but BODY says accepted?

Submitted e-file online, same as previous years.

Confirmation e-mail a few hours later reads as follows in the SUBJECT:

"TurboTax: State Business Filing Rejected - Action Required"

In the BODY, however, it reads:

"

Great news, [NAME]!

Your 2024 [State] Corporation filing has been accepted."

So which way is it? Obviously Intuit has done absolutely zero QA on TT and hasn't even looked at the messaging sent out.

Intuit reps: please advise your customers, is it the SUBJECT of the efile confirmation e-mails, or the BODY - the two are directly contradicting - that is correct.

Follow these steps to ensure your return was successfully e-filed and accepted.

Since the email you received has conflicting information, this will be the best way to check the status of your return.  We will investigate the conflicting email message as well.
