If you have private healthcare through Blue Cross/Blue Shield you will have a 1095-B or 1095-C.  These forms do not need to be entered.

This is how to answer your Health Insurance questions:

1.  Go to the Health Insurance Tab.

2.  On the first question, you will answer that you had health insurance coverage all year.

3.  On the second page, you will answer No, you did not have healthcare through the Marketplace and do not have a 1095-A.

That will be all that is needed on your Health Insurance.   You will keep the 1095-B or 1095-C for your records but they are not reported.
