What do to with blank W-2 from a work related class action settlement check?

So I got a settlement check from a class action that was related to my employer. The thing is is that it has two sections. One of them seems to be a normal one labeling the taxes that were taken out of the settlement check, and has all the information of the settlement. The other side just has my employer's name, the address is the same as the settlement one, box 14 has an SDI ammount, and an state employer ID but no EIN. Aside from that the rest of this side is completely blank. Can I just ignore the side that has my employer's name.

Treat it as one W2 for information entry purposes in TurboTax.  For whatever reason, the company generating the W2 has the information printed across two forms, likely a software glitch in printing.

I received the exact same W-2 that was described from a lawsuit settlement as well. Was there any issues when you just filed only one?
